We specialize in the production of our own fresh pasta and in the selected import of Italian excellences such as fresh truffles, olives, sea salt, cheeses, cured meats, flours, rice, extra virgin olive oil, Modena aged balsamic vinegar, mineral waters, soft drinks, natural wines, bitters, vermouth, liquors, gelato and coffee.
The kitchen concept is to create traditional dishes using modern techniques of cooking with the best available local, organic, fresh ingredients.
Research into ingredients, respect for seasonality and rotation of menu means that “SPAZIO” gastronomic experience is renewed through the year.
“SPAZIO” means “Space” where the wine slows time and the food warms your heart, a space to find authentic roman culture, a space to create that special moment in your day where you can relax and enjoy life.
“SPAZIO” offers cooking classes where Chef Paolo Gavazza will demonstrate techniques to prepare traditional Italian recipes and help prepare items that you will eat at the end of the class. You will also learn about pairing different wines with the recipes prepared.
