Fun and relaxing Italian cooking classes with Chef Paolo. Participants can expect hands on experiences where you will learn the steps to prepare classic dishes like gnocchi, ravioli and risotto.
After class you will be presented with 2 wines (hand selected by the chef) to pair with the food, these wines will also be available for purchase at a discount, so you can replicate the entire experience and impress your friends and family.
The cost will be $125 per person; includes class, food and glasses of wine.

“Risotto!!”
On September 29th 2024 (Sunday) from 1:30-4:00PM participants will learn how to make Risotto!
Chef Paolo will demonstrate how to prepare 2 different Risotto dishes with 2 separate types of rice. This will not be “hands-on”, so relax with small plates and glasses of wine specially selected to be paired with the dishes. After class you will be presented with a surprise imported gift based on the class!
