Fun and relaxing Italian cooking classes with Chef Paolo. Participants can expect hands on experiences where you will learn the steps to prepare classic dishes like gnocchi, ravioli and risotto.
After class you will be presented with 2 wines (hand selected by the chef) to pair with the food, these wines will also be available for purchase at a discount, so you can replicate the entire experience and impress your friends and family.
The cost will be $125 per person; includes class, food and glasses of wine.

Gnudi – Peposo all’ Impruneta – Tozzetti e Vin Santo
Chef Paolo will demonstrate how to prepare these dishes. This will be a “hands-on” cooking class, so come prepared to dive in and learn. Appetizers and wine served during class. After class enjoy the meal you prepared with more wine!
