The Menu

Our menu features Authentic Roman not “Italian-American” dishes. These are fine but can be found in any Italian restaurant in the Triangle. The items are all made based on traditional Roman food training at the ALMA culinary institute in Italy, prepared by Chef Paolo Gavazza.
Insalata – Tagliere (Charcuterie) – Polpetta Al Sugo (Italian Meatballs) – Pane E Oliio using Roman flatbread – Pinsa Romana ( Roman Pizza) – Cacio E Pepe – Carbonara – Ravioli – Gnocchi – Lasagna using centuries old Bolognese recipe – plus many more as menu changes seasonally.
